Each year, the Berrien Kennel Club will award at least one $1,000 scholarship to a student who lives in Berrien, Cass or Van Buren counties and who plans to become a veterinarian or a veterinary technician.
Criteria for selecting successful applicants for the scholarship(s):
- Resident of Berrien, Cass, or Van Buren Counties
- High School Graduate
- Accepted to accredited college or school
- Financial need
- Demonstrate interest in canine biology
Additional Requirements
- Submit letter of introduction, explaining why you are applying and why you should be considered.
- Submit two (2) letters of recommendation.
- Submit a copy of your most recent High School transcript.
You may be invited to have a personal interview by the Scholarship Committee
